10inch fi bl 1000 watts rms?

I wanted to order the 10inch fi bl. the website is ficaradio. look it up on google. ok so the total for the 10inch fi bl is $264, but theres options you can add like flag pole or cooling and i dont want to add them becuase i dont want my dad to spend too much. would the sub still be good and loud as hell if i dont add any options?
