When Governor Palin said ?
When Governor Palin said " Say It Ain't So, Joe.....There You Go Again Talking About The Past " was Governor Palin referring to the fact that Joe Biden sounded like a drunk on a barstool fondly reminiscing in an alcoholic stupor about the " good old days " which were really not that good ?
