My friend is ignoring (possibly stealing) from me. Advice?

Call the police and explain the situation to them. Then, get photographic evidence that your items are at their house, and give that to them. Try to do it as carefully as possible, though. You don't want your friend suspecting that you think that their stealing your stuff. Good luck!
