Are your beer lines insulated?how far does the beer lines go from the cold keg to the tap?Foaming is caused from high or to low pressures of co2 and the fluctuation of cold beer in the keg and warmer room temps of the beer line and tap.I would recommend a setting of at least 20 psi for beer(depending on how long your lines are) and to insulate all lines to the tap.
