I have a newborn & My legs have been aching for like 4 days now! Helpp?

I can't seem to figure out why the heck my legs are aching I'm 20 years old & Just had a baby VIA c section on March 13th..The weathers been changing around & Maybe the whole messed up period after baby? Cuz I have noticed weather change & Period often caused my legs to ache a bit before I was even pregnant. I've had millions of blood work taken & Last year even a doppler of my leg to check for a blood clot because of a tattoo I got made my leg swell a lil..Everything came out normal soooo what could it be?? (Being pregnant pretty much everything in me was checked with bloodwork) I'm so confused?
