Which is stronger? 20mg Fluoxetine or 75mg Venlafaxine?

Fluoxetine is an SSRI whilst venlafaxine is an SNRI, Venlafaxine is considered the more potent of the 2 drugs but is generally used second line as it may be more difficult to wean the patient off the drug.
