Your team is very well balanced and is very good. For your Torterra, I would give it Giga Drain rather than Crunch because it is a gr type move and it gives you health back. For your Mamoswine, give it Ice Fang rather than Avalanche, because it is normally more powerful, and there is no guarantee that you will be attacked first. Keep Gallade in there instead of swapping it for Lucario. Hope I helped and good luck.
