How big of a mistake was it for Obama 2 emphasize health care & cap & trade over jobs & fiscal responsibility?

one of the biggest mistake a government can make. Everyone keeps saying "oh he got this mess from Bush you cant expect him to fix it in one year" the sad truth is he wasn't focusing on creating jobs or doing any of the things to fix the current mess we are in. They were too busy shoving health care down the throat of america.
