How hard is it to get into Penn State?

I'm a High School Senior with a 3.7 gpa, ACT score of 26, excellent extracurricular including Football, Baseball, and track. I also was elected and serve as president of a student organization for the state of IL. This organization is nationally renown. I also applied and was accepted and now serve on a council of 15 scholars in the state of IL and our council is selected by the State Board of Education and we meet with the them to discuss and change education system of our state. Please tell me the truth I really need to know if I will get in before i choose to apply.
