He had somebody send their money to me, scamming both of us. I went through paypal claims for about 1 month, and I lost. I talked to a paypal representative and he said that I may be contacted by the FBI if I would like to get my $1000 back, however I am worried about this, as I am under 18, and you are only allowed to use paypal if you are 18 or older. I was told that I may have to go to court to get this money back, however I am worried that the case would be immediately dismissed because I was only 14 at the time of the case. I have plenty of money from my Bar Mitzvah, but that is not relevant. $1,000 is a lot of money. What should I do?

NEED HELP WITH SCARY HORSE!?

So I lease a horse named bijou and she was doing "fine" up until this weekend. So her big problems are weaving back in forth when i'm riding, crow hopping, galloping instead of going into a smooth canter, and lastly, the one that scares me the most, is she sours into the middle and charges at people. doesn't matter how hard i sit deep in the saddle, or if i crop her on the opposite side of her . she has used the tiny circles against me and runs at a gallop and then suddenly turns in those circles on her own in the center and since shes going so fast its hard because at the same time she bucks.....she is sound and nothing is wrong with her..but she ran over two instructors, and a beginer lesson student. I was scared out of my life because i flew off her and hit the gate, and she kept charging and bucking at this little bitty kid....Please help! She was supposed to be trained as a jumper because of her speed but there is no way that i will ever win with her like this! What sort of things such as groundwork ideas, and things to do when she "attacks" people. I have worked with horses who dont stop before or are just fast but nothing like her before...this is a challenge but i want to do it.

My wife and I have been married going on 5 years and I've recently discovered that I'm really unhappy with our relationship. Why my 1997 Ford F150 airbag light is on along with beeping noise from computer?

My airbag light came on suddenly, next my overdrive light started flashing off and on, my speedometer stopped working and my check engine light came on. I heard beeping from the computer on the penger side wall. I am getting power to the a/c blower and airbag off light on the dash when the key is off. Also my key less entry does not work like it should since this started. I took the negative battery terminal off to reset the computer, my speedometer works now, the overdrive light went off, and the check engine light went off, but the airbag light is still on.

Let's say a guy (26) and a girl (21) are friends. The girl is relatively inexperienced with dating ... has only had one serious bf and has not even had yet. She is attractive in the girl-next-door type of way. Comfortis Flea Pill and Bathing?

Anyone know much about this newish flea pill? I'm having a problem with my dog and fleas. She has a very wiry coat and the topicals just don't work like they should on her. In less than a month I'd used both Frontline and Advantage and she still had/s fleas. I gave my dog a bath 2 and a half days before I put on the Frontline (I think the recommended waiting period is two days), but it just didn't do anything, she still had fleas. I was pretty disappointed as this stuff always worked great on my normal-haired dog. So I gave her a flea bath (vet said this would of course kill the fleas but also completely strip away the Frontline), and waited a week and tried Advantage. This worked GREAT, no fleas. I sprayed around my house and vacuumed like crazy, treated my yard, the whole nine yards and thought I'd won the war (I know, silly of me really). After a couple weeks though my dog was getting awfully stinky, and what good is having a flea free dog if you can't stand to be around her right, so I gave her a bath, this time with a more gentle shampoo I hoped wouldn't wash away the flea treatment, but it did, and she somehow has fleas again, so now I'm back to square one. My dog is just an especially stinky girl, I just can't go more than a couple weeks without giving her a bath. So, I've been looking on the internet and found this flea pill and what I want to know is if I use this, since it's taken orally and not applied to the skin, would it then be not affected by bathing? I can't find any answers online and neither of the vets in town carry this so I guess I'd have to buy it online. Anyone used it?

You're riding your bomb proof trail horse down your favorite trail. You're horse suddenly is super interested is something. He raises his head some, with his ears perked. You look around, looking at what's so interesting to your gelding. You hear a few hollers and horses feet scrambling. Soon you now what your gelding heard. Three guys where trying to whip and pull their terrified horse down the trail. They had a bit with six in shanks, sharp spurs, and ropes. One guy was in the front, with the rope hooked to a halter of the scared horse, and then tied around his horses horn, trying to drag the horse threw. There was another guy at the back, constantly whipping the horse with the rope, leaving marks on the horses sweaty hind quarters and flanks. The last guy was mounted on the scared horse, constantly jabbing the horse in the side with spurs, and hanging off it's face. You could see the whites of the spooked horses eyes, the mouth covered with a bloody foam, and red trickling down the horses sides where the spurs cut into the skin. What do you do? (You don't have any service on your phone. You only have one other friend with you.)

My Ball Python Is Being Weird!!! HELP!?

I have a ball python. I'm not sure the yet, but I'll have that checked by a specialist very soon. It just ate a few adult mice (3 to be exact, but the guy I went to has been raising pythons for years. I trust him.) im a freshman at my highschool. im 6'4-6'5 and weigh about 260 pounds and im on the freshman football team and it is my first year playing. The coaches have me playing offensive tackle and defensive tackle. For the first couple of practices i really had no idea what i was doing and i was really out of shape. When we started our first contact practices i did really well. We were practicing pulling and i flattened a bunch of kids and when we were using the sleds for defensive line drills i sent the sled dummy up in the air. The coaches took note of this and said in our scrimmage i would get reps with the 1st string offensive and defensive line. In our scrimmage i did pretty good but i injured my knee and i just started practice last week. Due to my absence i pretty much lost my positions and i need to earn it back. Intermittent low voltage/power. Battery tests good with a load meter, but won't crank engine over. Car has died on the road while driving (due to low voltage/power) but no under volt indication on dash. Jump start fixes the problem for a while.

Another Auto Burglary How long will it take?

Last night another car was broken into at my favorite bar. After much complaining the police decided to get fingerprints, and get a description. We have seen this guy before so we know it is the same person. My question is how long would it take the police to get a match if this individual does have prints in the system. Will it take months or a matter of days. I know if he is not in the system there is no chance, but if he is would it take long to get a match and find the suspect. This about the tenth car in 4-5 months, same location, and the police finally responded. What is a normal amountof time it would take for them to find a match if there is one in the system? Hi, I answered a different question like this of yours. I replied about how I got rid of mine with the derma roller and Vit E oil. I tried to email you but you don't allow emails so I am writing you by responding to another one of your questions. The trick for me using the derma roller, was that it had to be done with a lot of pressure, I seriously would have little specks of blood where I had punctured the skin, when i just lightly rolled and made the skin red, it was not working. A surgeon told me that the best way over all to repair any type of scar/stretch mark is by hard mage. So that is why in between the derma rolling, I would mage Vitamin E oil into the skin. I would do it hard though, maybe at times too hard because I had bruising, but it worked. I would grab the skin and work it hard. Slowly they broke up and started to fill in and then the next time I would roll, I would focus on the areas that didn't fill in. If the skin is loose, I would pinch the fat and roll it that way to make sure the needles were puncturing the skin, because if it isn't punctured, there is nothing to repair and the repairing is what heals it. I did not use any numbing creme, I just toughed it out because I wanted to be rid of the suckers. You can get numbing cremes though. You can also get single needles if you aren't doing a large area. I really wish I could give you more info because it really does work if you have time and high pain tolerance... Use of solar reflecitve shades (harmful to windows?)?

We moved into a new house and they had some reflective shades installed to keep out the heat and glare. They are shiny on the sunny side and tinted on the inside. When trying them out they seem to work well at keeping out the heat and brightness but we have been told they are bad for dual pane windows. Bank calling me for my father's past due car payment when I am not even on the loan! What do I do to stop it?

My father fell behind in his car payment, so I called the bank Wachovia and made the payment for him to try to catch him up. He was already 2 payments behind but I could only pay one. He has 8 months left on this car and due to my mother ping and losing her income and he did work but as you know the economy being the way it is, he has fallen so short with monies. My laptop screen is completely black after log in?

I have an Inspiron 1525 on windows 7. I was trying to connect my computer to my tv through a cable and it wasn't working. So I started messing around and pressed the windows key and P, and then pressed extend windows. Well, my screen turned black. And now, whenever I log in it flickers and then it is just the black screen with nothing on it. Also, the log on screen doesn't have any mouse. My computer deletes all of my restore points so I can't do anything there. Also, I tried the "take the battery out and hold down the power on" thing and after reboot the computer still does the same thing. I'm running Diagnostics on it now, but I think the hardrive is fine. I mean, it makes all the normal start up noises even when the screen is black!!! Safemode works fine tho, so I have no clue what's up. I'm freaking out here... Anyone know what I can do?!? You'll be fine. I brumate my snakes here in Texas and we can have some winter days in the 70's and then a few days later it will be in the 30's. It's never had any negative effects on them. A long period of warm temperatures can be bad because it will raise their metabolism and cause them to burn off body fat quicker, but fluctuations in the temperatures are fine. It happens in the wild as well.

When your accelerating in 4 or 5th gear from low revs to build up speed over 65 usually it cuts power and it going into safe mode ( Cuts power Stop turbo working i believe) Most of the components on the engine has been changed, i.e Brake vac pipe hoses were changed in audi garage as a recall measure ( problem seems to arisen since then) the air filter has been changed, so has the MAF, and the Boost pressure control valve (Also know as the N75 Valve) just changed the fuel filter as well. My 5 yr old is distracted, loud, and never stop making noise?

I have a wonderful little boy who recently started kindergarten. He has always been a bit dreamy, talkative and has a loud voice, but lately he is driving everyone nuts with it. No one can get his attention; he is always off in his own fantasy world which happens to get a play by play out loud...he has started wiggling and kicking his feet alot and even falls off his kitchen chair from it. if you directly get his attention and ask him to be quiet or to do or not so something...he'll look at me and repeat it back..then walk down the hallway and "forget" or continue on with what he was told not to do. i've tried time-outs, time in his room, no tv, even a . i really am at my wits end with this. my hubby and i continue to to try and be consistent and patient. our son is very loving and huggy, loves learning and playing with his freinds.

Housebreaking a 4 month old Bealge can someone help?

I have a 4 month old beagle and when I take him outside to go to the bathroom most of the time he just wonders around even on the leash, and i'm out there like 45 min. Then when I bring him in he either poops or pees. I'm so sick and tired of this crap i can't take it anymore. I'm breaking out in zits and my acid reflux is off the roof. Some one please help me. I also give him treats we he pees and poops and he also won't poop on the housebreaking pads and won't pee on them when I take them out side. HELP!

Spoiled Stepson question?

I need some help. my stepson is spoiled rotten. he lived with his mother and grandmother since he was born. no male in his life and is an only child. he's now over 3 years old. we've only been married for a year. my wife went back home to finish some schooling 6 months ago and took the boy with her. It's not the kids fault but he's a nightmare. He screams, demands things in a demanding voice, throws a temper tantrum that lasts for hours when he doesn't get what he wants, won't go to bed when we ask. She visits every few months and stays about a month before the next semester starts and the month they are here, this kid gives us no peace and no time together. he's up in the morning demanding things, whinning, crying, and won't go to bed until we are tired at night or else he'll scream. i told her she needs to discipline because our marriage is suffering because the limited time we have together is shot because we can't even go out on a date alone because this child can't be more than 1 foot away from his mother. Also he's almost 3 and a half and still in diapers and still drinking from a bottle! I'm getting real tired of it. she said she's working on it but when she calls me from school and the boy is around he's either demanding things from her or screaming at her. I am asking her what the hel# are you doing? this kid is going to be a nightmare unrespectful adult. she doesn't get it. i've tried to tell her that kids need discipline and our marriage is suffering because when he's with us and we try to spend time together, the kid is so bad and undisciplined that he makes the limited time we have hell. she won't discipline or can't. I'm at my wits end. last time she was here i said next time you come home, leave him with your mother. i cannot stand hearing piercing screaming 3 times a day when all we ask him to do is take his shoes off the sofa or "no" he's not getting a new toy everytime we go to the store.
