Is this punishing or abuse?

The other night my parents were cuddling and I was in another room downstairs. Well, my mom said to my father "we should send Haley upstairs." She came in and turned off the computer. I got angry, and refused to go upstairs. So she smacked me across the head. I started to head towards the stairs and she grabbed my hair and dragged me there. I stumbled up towards the stairs and said "I won't keep this a secret." Then I ran up to the bathroom after I heard her following me. I locked the door and she began banged on it as hard as possible. Finally she got a bobby pin and unlocked it. I covered my head and pushed my back up against the wall. She screamed "get in your room before I beat the **** out of you." I ran into it and she shut off the light. I asked, "what about dinner and a shower?" She replied, "starve and stink." None of this was fabricated, this was exactly what happened.
