Help i cant stop itching?

ive been itching for like 3 weeks now little red hives are covering most of my body...ive been to the dr twice theyve tried prednisone and augmentine niether worked...benadryl calimine lotion and creams dont help either i cant fall asleep because the itch is so bad and when i finally do sleep i wake up 10 minutes later because i itch.have a dermotology appointment but not untill the 27th i need help or ideas...thanks
