How can i insure a disabled 22 yr old?

my daughter has cere bral palsy, asthma and has seizures. i was told by an underwriter that she is underweight at 5'2'' and 80 pounds, (most people with cerebral palsy are thin), and uninsurable. i had term insurance that i did not renew..because i was replacing it with a whole life policy. i did not realize she was to be considered uninsurable. i am looking to see if there are any companies that will insure her.
