Admission in USA university for immigrant?

Hi all, recently I'm moving to USA as an immigrant (my wife is there). I have completed my bachelor's degree in engineering. I wish to get admitted in a university for master's degree. Do I need to take GRE, TOEFL or any kind of standardize tests?
