Should I go ahead and divorce my husband?

My husband and I have only been married 6 months (together a year). I found out I was pregnant exactly a month and a half after we got married. The first thing he said was "My Aunt has a tea that will fix the problem) which I dont find it a problem, we wanted to wait until the end of this year but that didnt work. My hormones are screwed up so I dont want him to touch me and I refuse to give him . He cant work because he has COPD and is on oxygen so I have to work 35 miles from where we live. (he does help his brother out with his trailor park.) My car broke down and he says he cant fix it because of the weather...and every other excuse. So I moved to my moms (she lives where my job is)house so I could use her car to get back and forth. He is mad and thinks I left him but I didnt, the reason i am at my moms is because he cant fix my car and we cant afford to get someone to fix it. Now he calls and is mean and hateful. He is a pathological lier so I dont believe anything he says.
