Trying to be pregnant.. Just wan to confirm if i am...?

ok here it goes... 1st of all, my period i irregular since i was a teenager. before january i was one month plus haven come period... so january 14 2008 my period started. den on 21 jan 08 it stops. i wan to hav 2nd baby so much ( a girl i hope) we make love on 23 jan.. den after few days my is so painful n heavy... den i get tired i slp whole day whever my son is sleeping.... i was so curios if im pregnant. i was wondering if is it so early i can feel the sysptoms??? my 1st babyt i din realise all tis becoz its unplanned pregnancy... so by d way yday 30 jan 08 i make love again to make sure i wil pregnant... so the question is am i pregnant???? i wish i am... can anyone help me to ease my impatience feeling????
