ABS and TRC lights on in the dash. Will it fail NJ inspection?

I have a 2002 Honda Accord. The ABS light and TRC (traction control) lights are on. I have to take the car thru inspection but im not sure if it will p inspection. I have a friend that has the diagnostic tool and already confirmed thru the computer in the car that the ABS and TRC do not work. I just want to know if it will p inspection with those lights on in the dash board?
