What do I need to lubricate on my truck?

It's a 1995 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71 with a 5.7 and 4L60E transmission. I have the Haynes Manual for my truck but it doesn't give any details on what needs to be lubricated. It only says to clean the fittings and pump the grease gun.
